Merle and Patricia waited three weeks before claiming their winnings. No need to rush these things, it takes about three weeks to write your shopping list. Merle purchased his $3 Quick Pick tickets on Wednesday, March 28 2012 at the Red Bud Moto Mart in Illinois. Certainly the best purchase he has ever made in his life.
