Go beyond with Rise casino. That’s the tagline they use, and in this Rise casino review, we take a look at just how far beyond what is possible for normal casinos casino Rise can go.
Is casino Rise legit?
Before we go any further let’s answer the question that’s on everybody’s lips…is casino Rise legit? Well, Rise casino is brought to you by the same people responsible for Arcade Spins, namely, Grand Battery Holdings Ltd. As it happens GBH (yes I know!) is licensed in the UK. Conveniently we have listed the details below…
Grand Battery Holdings Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 58267. So, now you know. Casino Rise is totally, 100% legit. Happy now?
Bonuses & Promotions
Now here is where it gets interesting. Other than the Rise casino welcome offer of 25 free spins on your first deposit (minimum £10) there doesn’t appear to be much else. However, for those of you smart enough to opt-in to receive email communications from casino Rise you can expect exclusive offers, including free spins and cashback to your inbox.
Games & Software
Casino Rise is powered by Dragonfish Gaming which means that it has access to top slot game providers like NYX, Microgaming, Red Tiger Gaming, and many others.
Because of this, you will have the opportunity to play great slot titles such as Starburst, Crystal Furnace, Hyper Strike, Book of Dead, and many more outstanding games. Tell me, isn’t that worth it to register an account at Casino Rise?
Casino Rise boasts a portfolio of over 500 casino games so you will get a good overall experience here. It is true that other casinos in our recommended list could have as many as 1500 casino games (or even more) but the reality is that few if any slot players ever play that many games in a lifetime.
Rise live dealer casino
Sadly, Casino Rise does not have any live dealer games. If this is important to you, you may want to head over to our live dealer casinos page to explore other options
Rise Casino mobile app
There is also NO Rise Casino mobile app (boohoo!) but the site is optimized for mobile and can be accessed using your mobile web browser.
Deposits & Withdrawals
When it comes to depositing and withdrawing at Rise Casino options are somewhat limited there too. Currently, only Mastercard, visa, and Paypal are viable. This isn’t great in our opinion as it severely restricts the potential user base. However, if these payment options are what you are used to then you should not have a problem.
Customer Support Options
Customer support too tends to be a bit meh! Yes, there is an easily accessible and fully loaded FAQ page, but there is NO live chat, NO telephone support, and not even an email address for non-urgent inquiries. We can’t tell you how extremely disappointing this is. Lack of support does not automatically make Rise Casino bad or anything, but it does mean much lower points in our overall ratings.
This is what Ken has to say…
There is so much to like about Rise Casino, and at the same time, so much to be frustrated about. No live dealer casino, no mobile casino app, inadequate customer support options, and a disappointing casino welcome bonus are just some of the gripes we have about Rise Casino.
On the plus side, they do tend to take care of their customers once you are registered, and you will be offered plenty of exclusive bonuses provided you opt-in to their email marketing. All in all, not a bad casino, not the best, but not bad.
