The Poppy Lottery is run by the Royal British Legion, and all money raised goes to help brave serving and ex-service people and their families, across the UK. Sometimes this means people who have served their country bravely but who have paid a price in terms of injury.

Playing the Poppy Lottery means that you also help to raise thousands of pounds for the Royal British Legion. These funds go towards supporting our brave ex-Service men and women and their families, across the UK.

Entrants must be 18 or older and you must be a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) due to licensing requirements.
Draws take place every Friday and you could win one of 400 cash prizes. The weekly jackpot prize is an impressive £2,000 but you can win up to £20,000 in the big Quarterly Draws!

How it works:
It’s easy to play the Poppy Lottery. Simply click the link at the foot of this page to enter now. Fill out your details, set up your subscription and you’ll be ready to play.
- The British Legion will write to confirm your unique lottery number(s) and the date of your first draw within two weeks of receiving your form
- Each week, your lottery number(s) will be entered into the draw
- Remember that 400 winning numbers are drawn at random every Friday
- If you win, there’s no need to claim your prize. The British Legion will automatically send you a cheque in the post

- Four times a year, your lottery number will automatically be entered into The Royal British Legion’s big Quarterly Draws. This gives you the chance to win a much bigger jackpot of £20,000. If you wish you can buy additional entries for the Quarterly Draws to boost your chances of winning one of the top prizes

Big Quarterly Draws:
The Royal British Legion’s Big Quarterly Draws give you the chance to win much bigger prizes. Subscribing to the Poppy Lottery means your number(s) are automatically entered into the Quarterly Draw. These bigger draws are held every 3 months. You can buy additional entries to boost your chances of winning if you wish.
The next Quarterly Draw is in June with 400 prizes and a jackpot of £20,000!
