Customer Support

Customer support I found to be a bit on the thin side. Not poor or anything, just lacking. Yes they do have a Live Chat option and a somewhat inadequate FAQ page as well as a contact form, but I found it to be lacking in effort if I am honest. Certainly when you set it against the time and trouble they have gone to design such a visually appealing website then the CS Dept is disappointing.

No telephone number which is always a bonus and to be fair, not available on may casino sites, but still nice to have. There is also nothing stating what times or days the live chat is available. I assumed it was 24/7 but cannot confirm this.

Visually appealing and fun casino, nicely laid out using bold bright colours. Really enjoyed the aesthetics. Sadly if you live in the UK then you cannot play at Maneki (Boo, Hiss!) which is a shame. From a personal point of view, I love all things Asian, and Maneki is undoubtedly a treat, not only for the eyes but for the wonderful range of games and bonuses that they offer too.
