LottoGo has got customer support pretty much nailed. They provide a comprehensive Help Centre (FAQ) with answers to every question that you could ever have. If that is not enough they also have a live chat option (although in reality, it is a bot!) which takes you through how to place a bet, any subscriptions that you may have, and information about LottoGo casino games, and lots more.
The Help Center and the chatbot are fully featured and extremely helpful. Easily one of the best customer support options that I have come across. Of course, it would still be nice to have seen a dedicated phone number too. They are only on the Isle of Man after all.
