Lotto247 is a Cyprus-based site that is certainly going to ring alarm bells for some people. Although they are in possession of a gambling license, it is a Curacao License, so may be of lesser value than say a Gibraltar license. The range of lotteries that they offer is not all that great, although they do offer some of the major world lotteries. Still no Euromillions though!
There are boosted lotteries with high minimum jackpots, but Lotto247 has nothing else to offer to offset the meager choice of lotteries, such as scratch cards. With no real promotions to talk about and a fairly pathetic welcome offer of a single Powerball ticket, there is little to recommend about Lotto247.
